Mini Madness book cover

As an Island Batik Ambassador we have lots of fun every month. The challenge this month was paper piecing. I work with an EPP project, as I love hexagon quilting. Tomorrow you can find that project on my blog. But I was tempted to make a paper pieced tulip block, and today I made it into a sweet book cover.

I picked these beautiful Island Batik fabrics for this project. I didn't know that batiks came in such fantastic colours before.

Aurifil Thread is a perfect match for these fabrics, and you'll find it in whatever colour you may need.
